Air Tightness Membranes; Gerband SD2
Gerband sd2 control enables the secure building of the roof and wall constructions.
Gerband sd2 control provides a good and secure drying out of the building immediately after construction and prevents condensation caused by building and residual moisture that facilitates mildew growth and constructional damages.

Gerband 186 Paper Tape

Dimension stable, extremely tear proof sealing masking tape (PE-coated), with a pure acrylate glue with extremely high adhesion properties and excellent aging resistance. Waterproof, airtight, heat and cold proof. For the airtight adhesion of even connections and the masking of butt joints on PE films and smooth airtight membranes.

Gerband 315 Expanding Foam Tape

• Open cell polyurethane foam with an impregnated basis of acrylate polymer.
• Equipped flame retardant.
• Strong adherent polyacrylate adhesive.

Gerband 386 Special Non-woven Tape

• Gerband 386 seals all common roof-lining membranes and facade membranes with closed and slightly rough surfaces outdoors.
• Gerband 386 adheres very well to wood, bricks and non-sandy concrete surfaces.

• The adhesive tape may be used for the bonding and sealing of overlaps, joints, and round or angular penetrations of diffusion-open or diffusion-tight roof-lining membranes in pitched roof and facade areas according to DIN 4108 part 7. It may also be used as repairing tape for small damage or rips in roof-lining membranes.

Gerband 586 Uni- Tape

PHS Uni-Tape is a pliable and stretchable PE-film sealing tape with moisture-resistant polyacrylate adhesive of extremely high tack; it offers permanent adhesion as well as outstanding ageing resistance.

The PET reinforcement helps preventing overexpansion of the adhesive tape. The slight elasticity in connection with tear resistant thread reinforcement makes the sealing tape universally suitable for sealing many types of surfaces.

PHS Uni-Tape  has a very aggressive adhesive – it even sticks at extremely low temperatures and conforms to DIN 4108-7.

Gerband 605 Butyl Tape

Butyl Rubber Tape “Superflex”

• Backing: Polyolefin Film –Highly stretchable

The backing is a thin polyolefin film which is highly stretchable in both length and width. It is coated with a thick cold welding butyl-rubber adhesive.

Gerband 605 adheres to and reliably seals metals, plastics, brick, concrete and wood.

Gerband 605 is used in building sheathing as a durable sealing tape for sealing air barriers according to DIN 4108 – 7.

Due to its enormous flexibility it may be especially used for sealing around complex shapes.

Gerband 970 Double Sided
Gerband 970 is a double-sided, ready-to-use polyacrylate adhesive film which is delivered as rolls. Due to a special polymerization technique and a very thick adhesive composition, Gerband 970 is ideal for the bonding of rough, structured and non-polar materials.

The ageing resistance of Gerband 970 is very high Transfer Adhesive Tape Double-sided adhesive.

Winflex-E (Exterior) & Winflex-I (Interior) Window Reveal Tapes

Gerband Fortax 6400 Adhesive Sealant

• One-component adhesive sealant for permanent connections of air-tightness layers on the substrate after DIN 4108-7, EnEV, SIA 180 and ÖNORM B8110-2.

• FORTAX® 6400 is a system component of the Gerband rooftite® System and can be used in the contact adhesive process.

• FORTAX® 6400 can of course also be used (out of the Gerband rooftite® systems) for permanent bonding applications and connections for all standard vapour barriers and air-tightness-layers. Please note under the DIN 4108-7 the general suitability of the joining partners.
